Consent to Electronic Disclosures and Signatures

By submitting your application or inquiry to Matrix Lending, you agree to the following E-Sign Consent. Please read this document carefully and print a copy for your records.

1. Scope of Consent

You agree that we may provide you with any communications, disclosures, notices, agreements, or documents ("Communications") relating to your application or account in electronic format. This includes the use of electronic signatures to sign documents.

2. Method of Delivery

We will provide Communications to you by posting them on our website or by emailing them to the email address you provided. You agree that all Communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

3. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by contacting us at (888) 777-0663. However, if you withdraw your consent, we may be unable to continue processing your application or providing services to you.

4. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you will need a device with internet access, a current web browser, and software capable of viewing PDF files (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader).
